Shipping policy
At GiftGrovee, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 7-20 business days from the date that it is placed.
📩 Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
Once the payment is verified, the order can be changed or canceled within 24 hours.
After this 24-hour period, the order can't be changed nor canceled.

It normally takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
✈️ Shipping
Shipment takes approximately 7 to 15 business days to reach destination countries.
Once your order is shipped out, an email notification with International e-packet tracking number will be sent to you.
Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

🕑 Shipping Delay
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, please note that it could take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other issues. In countries other than the USA, it may take up to 60 days.
We do offer compensation if the shipping is beyond the time frame as stated on our shipping policy.
This amount is: $5–$10 cash or 10%–15% off coupon code for second purchase.
Please submit a ticket within 2 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.

Refund policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, or simply want a different color/size, you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery — simple as that.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

To start your return, please email us at hello@giftgrovee.com with your order number (include the # sign, e.g. #12345).

For high-value returns (orders over $200), a 30% fee will be deducted to cover shipping, handling, and restocking costs.

After 30 days since delivery, we cannot accept returns. If a return is attempted after this period, we will send it back to your original address and you will be asked to cover the delivery costs.
Change / Cancel Orders
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or changed, as our warehouse begins processing immediately.
Please double-check all information before confirming your order.
If you made a mistake, you may follow our returns process within 30 days of delivery. We are not liable for mistakes in the order or accidental/fraudulent purchases.
